. @dyellis99 Twenty years ago today, you led a Paramedic HEMS team (operating out of Kings College Hospital) in my rescue from a South London garden. I never had the chance to thank you and your team personally, until now. I just watched 'Trauma' on BBC2 again. Thank you.
I still embrace T-Shaped (Bill Moggridge). In her relevant article @andra_oprisan explores the horizontal bar of the T - breadth https://t.co/9xx8cfL5vA #servicedesign
Millions of consumers in the UK struggle to process written English. Yet text is widely used to communicate information that people need to make confident decisions.
In ‘Beyond Words’, @stuarttayler1, invites you to think again about images and video: https://t.co/T0CuZ1Qtjx
.@BootsUK "your call is important to us and will be answered shortly" not for Boots. Tried calling local Bristol store after website booking option blocked. Selected correct option then the recorded merry-go round of triage begins. All automated… #CXfail All I wanted was to…
How road studs (aka ‘cat’s eyes’) came to be…an interesting story & one that isn’t over yet as we continue to develop our SolarLite & IRS tech #RoadSafety https://t.co/vvXN0ZQy3I
.@BBCPanorama just watched “Britain’s Killer Roads”. Reporter Richard Bilton didn’t highlight one important safety factor, that ‘cat’s eyes’ on UK roads are not being maintained or replaced by the more expensive Solarlite active road studs https://t.co/c6DsmRqy5M

Digital devices have become so commonplace that it is difficult to imagine how we’d live without them, but they have also prompted a profound shift in our relationship to the world around us and that may or may not be for the good.
@iFDESIGNAWARD@Kodak I see the Kodak T700 images are the same over a year later! As design team lead on the project, I have good ones if you would like to update the page?
A scary encounter with EU trucks prompted me to write a whole book (In The Bubble) about the myth of the 'weightless economy'. Remember that? It's on page 9 here https://t.co/kk1cANXAPC
@SarahGiblin@SW_UX Hi, here's the link to the @johnthackara book I recommended https://t.co/foukFlKlAh our Kodak T700 industrial design is now a museum piece https://t.co/CuZ4iVKRL6 but I'm proud of leading the design team https://t.co/VB9lMC3uM8
Recommended listen for C-suite business heads: Your org needs rocks, as well as pebbles, otherwise you could end up floundering on sand? #business#strategy#LeadershipMatters
Launching and running a business is LIFE-CONSUMING, and often forming a strategy can fall to the wayside leaving your team and business freewheeling into oblivion.
Have you experienced this? What happened in the end?

In my career I have experienced this attitude. Sketches are the way designers traditionally communicate (in low or high fidelity) their ideas but the design profession has attracted so many people who are not Art School trained designers. Ask your colleague how she defines design
