watch your @telus invoices carefully... They increased my rates back in March and in retrospect, only notification I got was found on the last page of a 12 page monthly invoice in footnote sized type. Super lame🤬

@chriscoyier likely happens because you're slightly dragging the volume icon when you go to use the control. If you drag it too far you end up zapping it from the menubar then have to go back and re-enable it. Used to happen to me all the time :S
