Where is the proof that shaykh Abu Iyaad is and innovator?
Shaykh Shihāb bin Ḥasan on ʿArafat al-Muḥammadī's Praise and Endorsement of Ḥishām al-Beily*
Some brothers from Ḥolland contacted Shaykh Shihāb, the son of ʿAllāmah Ḥasan bin ʿAbd al-Wahhāb al-Bannā (رحمه الله) on 5 Ṣafar 1448 (19 July 2026) to ask questions about the claim of Gamāl bin Rabīʿ, a student and follower of ʿArafāt al-Muḥammadī who claims that ʿArafāt denied praising Ḥishām al-Beily, the Ḥaddādī innovator in his meeting with Shaykh Shihāb which took place in Madīnah previously.
The Shaykh explained that the last words of Dr. Arafāt during the meeting was that he praised al-Beily, thereby approving of his slander of ʿAllāmah al-Albānī (رحمه الله) and his statement of the impermissibility of asking for Allāh’s mercy for ʿAllāmah Ḥasan al-Bannā, (رحمه الله).
In a follow up question, the Shaykh permitted his answer to be shared, saying: “So that the truth which is being concealed from the Salafī youth becomes known, namely that Shaykh ʿArafāt and those who assist him, support the Ḥaddādiyyah, the Ḥizbiyyīn and the followers of Muḥammad bin Hādī.”
In another follow up question regarding what the Shaykh meant by the “last speech of Dr. ʿArafāt”, the Shaykh clarified further, saying: “Yes, he endorsed him (al-Beily) and another person from those who staunchly defend Muḥammad bin Hādī and accompany Khālid ʿUthmān, known as Abū ʿAbd al-Aʿlā, who was warned against by the scholars and mashāyikh, al-Rabīʿ, al-Jābirī, and al-Bannā, Ḥasan bin ʿAbd al-Wahhāb.”

📎 Should someone who hastily labels/declares Salafi Mashaykh as Innovators—and has been proven to lie and falsely accuse them—be praised to the Ummah as well or firmly grounded in knowledge!!?
Al-Allamah al Fawzan hafidhahullah answers.
The questioner asks:
Who are the firmly grounded in knowledge? What are their characteristics?
Answer:
"Ar-Rusuukh (Firmness) means stability. So, the one who is firmly grounded is the one who is Thaabit (firm/steadfast).
Those who are firmly grounded in knowledge are the ones who are firmly established in it. They possess knowledge and insight, and they are not hasty nor do they behave recklessly like the reckless. Rather, they have steadiness, deliberation, and do not rush into matters.
These are the ones who are firmly grounded in knowledge.
As for the reckless and those in whom knowledge is not well established, they are characterized by haste and impulsiveness, and they pass judgments on matters without insight."

📌 Note: "they are not hasty nor do they behave recklessly like the reckless....and do not rush into matters" and "As for the reckless and those in whom knowledge is not well established, they are characterized by haste and impulsiveness, and they pass judgments on matters without insight."
Dr. Arafat recklessly and hastly passed judgements on well known Salafees without insight by oppressively making Tabdii of Shaykh Dr. Abu Iyaad and Shaykh Dānā ʿAbd Allāh Ahmad hafidhahum-Allah
It has also been established/proven that Dr. Arafat is a well-known proficient liar. Here you are claiming he is well or firmly grounded in Knowledge!!
📎 Lying is worse than innovation in the religion
Shaykh Rabīʿ ibn Hādī ʿUmayr al-Madkhalī, rahimahullah, said: "Lying is worse than innovation [in the religion], O brothers, and a liar is considered worse than an innovator by the People of Sunnah; an innovator [may] be narrated from—[the People of Sunnah] narrated from [some of] the Qadariyyah [sect], they narrated from the Murjʾiah, and they narrated from other than them from the different kinds of people of innovation, so long as the innovation did not fall into disbelief and the [narrator] was not a liar. If a liar were to say he was with the People of Sunnah, he would be considered by them to be of a lower level than the People of Innovation.
And in this [regard], Ibn ʿAdī, may Allāh have mercy on him, in his book Al Kāmil, put together around 29 chapters concerning liars and a single chapter concerning the People of Innovation. The People of Sunnah [would] accept the narration of the People of Innovation—the truthful ones [among them], [and] not those who called [to their innovation]."

📎Imām Mālik (rahimahullah) said:
Knowledge is not taken from four:
1—A fool who makes an open display of his foolishness
2—A person of desires who calls to it (i.e. innovation)
3—A man known to lie regarding people’s speech, even though he does not lie upon the Messenger
(صلى الله عليه وسلم)
4—A man of virtue and excellence who does not know (the veracity or authenticity) of what he is narrating.
