@LibSkrat I prepare my presentations much in the way you do: lay out the points and then talk through them to present. I usually talk through the presentation several times before and adjust the flow of the concepts until it works well. My notes rarely include full sentences; just prompts.

@LibSkrat Memorized recitations content lead to poor delivery because the brain is focused on recall rather than expression. Rehearsing expression as part of memorization can help. Extemporaneous speaking, however, promotes the expression of content naturally, which is often more engaging.
