Making vaccines mandatory simply feeds the paranoia and conspiracy theories of the anti vaxxers. Some jobs could be mandated. There is a precedent in that surgeons are not allowed to operate in the UK unless they are vaccinated against hepatitis B. We just need to keep talking.
.@JamesCleverly the UK should be standing against the death penalty. But you're staying silent on Mohammed and Husain in Bahrain. You said you’d “publicly and loudly” call on Bahrain to set aside their illegal death sentences. Please call on Bahrain to not execute them.
@RichardJMurphy This is market capitalism. Unless it is regulated, rich people acquire everything. Surely democratic electorates will understand this soon......
@DrAmirKhanGP Given the weight of evidence in favour of measle vaccination, surely denying a child the vaccine is a form of child abuse. There must be a legal and moral case for parents to be prosecuted if their child come to harm.
Even Mozambique is winning. So it should. Malaria is a disease of poverty and ignorance and as these two ancient enemies of humanity are rolled back malaria must die. "Evitar as picas" (avoid the bites) was the slogan in Moz. That's the basis of success.
This is the news you need: Morocco and Algeria are now free of malaria, and many countries are heading in the same direction. https://t.co/uRlD7ox9p5 @beautiful__news
My constituency is a safe seat. Can @electoralreform calculate if your seat might change hands? They have calculated the outcome in 316 seats – half of the constituencies in Britain. #GE2019#MakeSeatsMatchVotes https://t.co/pZ13A6lBjN
@DougieMacM if next referendum is between Johnson's deal and remain, millions of "no deal" Brexiteers will feel excluded. If the choice is between Johnson and no deal, millions of remainers will be excluded. Could be solved with a three option choice and STV, a single transferable vote
