@Eyesandvibes He is at the right place for now. He starts in the EPL and is gaining experience. If he keeps this level consistently he will get a transfer to a bigger club soon enough. You’d hate for him to be riding the bench at a big club when he needs experience.

@Eyesandvibes Idea: Tiers of growth: growth in line with their expectations, about the same level/no growth, regression, fallen off the face of the earth. Unfortunately we don’t have anyone who greatly exceeded growth expectations (ie came from nowhere) bc we hype players early.
