@JHWeissmann The DSA reminds me of the Moral Majority/Christian Coalition types in the GOP of the 80s and 90s. Politics wasn’t just something that they did every couple of years. It was something integrated in their daily social lives, and they saw the GOP as a tool to achieve their ends.
