@atrupar .... but Poland Springs would have to decide that they wil do what's best for their customers vs what's best for their shareholders. So is this really going to be good for consumers or just a really good time for brands like Poland Springs to raise their prices/profit margin?
@Acyn Great document but Independence could not have been won without France. French loans, supplies, troops, and naval support were crucial to the American victory. The financial strain this created led to problems at home and The French Revolution. France paid dearly for America.
@mark_slapinski Ford may be right to do what he is doing with electricity because the way it is distributed could make it effective. With oil, however, Smith is correct. US can just turn to their strategic oil reserve until any oil storm she creates blows over. Two totally different situations
@tnseyfried@tnseyfried Thanks for your work and probably saving my life. I've started commenting about cancer at my other x handle @TheCantrarian I've also started a blog and reference this video in my first post. https://t.co/fWvpqi68Yc
@IanCopeland5@joerogan The horse has been out of the barn for a long time re: off label/off patent drugs for cancer. At some point you have to accept that there will never be clinical trials for these drugs due to zero financial incentive but also that right now anecdote is multiplying to become data.
@Bret_Sears I think "I love Canada" and also I think "I love Alberta" and then I think "How did the dude on the right weasel his way into this picture?" It's pretty base.
@joseph_britz@DavidJuurlink You're welcome. I treated my situation as a systemic metabolic problem manifesting in the prostate. There are things about prostate cancer that are unique to it such as zinc wasting, citrate oxidation and no Warburg but many PC characteristics still shared with other cancers.
@joseph_britz@DavidJuurlink Yes. It was a lot. Diet and lifestyle changes + Fenbendazole, Inositol Hexaphosphate, Aspirin, Boron, Zinc, Methylene Blue, Loratadine, Melatonin and other meds and supplement which I cycled as my research progressed and as I weighed the benefits and costs of each thing I added.
@joseph_britz@DavidJuurlink For sure… but the point is I did more than watch and wait and because of that instead of slow decline I experienced an improvement in my condition.
@joseph_britz@DavidJuurlink Thank you. I'm 5+ years out from the time that the removal of my prostate was urged. I'm no longer symptomatic. Had I had my prostate removed at that time I would now be reported in the "success" column. I got there a different way. No one keeps those stats so now I speak up.
@joseph_britz@DavidJuurlink Because after watching my father, and 3 of his brothers die of cancer following conventional cancer treatment and without their prostates I decided that I would go a different way and turned to off label drugs. Aggressive treatment was what was recommended to me. I declined it.
@joseph_britz@DavidJuurlink DrJoe, I respect your opinion and the dedication you've given to your profession and the folks you've cared for as a physician but my personal experience with several of the conditions you've mentioned, which were resolved without new meds, leaves my opinion fairly much unchanged
@joseph_britz@DavidJuurlink A fair point but the implication is that if it is new it must be better and safer. The newest drug mentioned by Gibson has been in the pharmacopeia since 1975 and the oldest since 1891. Time is the reason so many other observations have been made about these particular drugs.
@joseph_britz@DavidJuurlink I don't disagree but there is ample scientific literature. Not just re: anthelmintics, but also many other drugs, supplements and combinations of same and well established that many drugs patented and approved for one use prove themselves useful for other conditions over time.
@DavidJuurlink You could argue that for sure but you could also argue that off label drugs also have their best chance of working for earlier stage disease and if true it may be possible to curtail or in some cases completely avoid the need for conventional therapies. It's happened...alot.
