This is not a bug. But a feature. And companies like @WhatsApp actively enable them to do so. Waiting for @TRAI to enforce DND and Anti-Spam laws on Whatsapp, the way they have for SMS.

@Wooden_street Your customer support says they'll transfer me to "Bangalore" office. No one picks up once the call is transferred. Then they say they'll arrange a call back. I never get a call back.

~50 days and waiting for resolution. Is this expected behaviour?

@anusha_243 My phone has an "Anti-spam" feature which blocks spam calls, so that I'm not disturbed.

Every time it blocks a spam call or SMS, it sends me a notification saying "Blocked spam call". Essentially disturbing me. :|
