I also had Ticketmaster open on a desktop and that didn’t load til 12:00 on the dot, so I closed it as soon as I realised my phone app worked

My experience getting silver for Melbourne: Ticketmaster app loaded at about 11:58:30, I jumped in to grab 1 ticket, after I put my payment info in it was on a loading screen for about 1 minute before confirmation.
