@sriramulubjp files keep going missing in the electronic city Rto because each table in the rto has its price. We have to pay thousands and thousands to get a letter to change my engine under warranty. Inspector has made me wait for 3 months.

Dear @sriramulubjp after submitting every single document, the officers say 'the file is missing'. Cost of bribe is 6000 rupees to get 1 letter. My vehicle number is ka51 mp 4837. Documentation is perfect.
