NC are proposing a bill to ban masks (including medical masks) in public settings. This is not only discriminatory - it’s dangerous. It’s removing the LAST tool we have to protect against COVID.

It is absolutely not this teacher's fault since my district requires our full government name as our display name in email. But whenever anyone calls me by my full government first name, it absolutely makes me want to not respond to them.

I’m working with experts at my job now and the wildest thing about the COVID research coming out is there’s not even a debate that of course it’s damaging to get this disease. It’s not like some ppl are finding “yeah ppl should be totally fine after getting it ten times”

@grumpwitch I love the Body Shop's hemp lotion (which doesn't have a super strong smell) or ShiKai's dry skin cream with borage oil. I've also found putting bottles of lotion next to sinks (wherever possible) help me remember to lotion up after washing my hands.
