Everton want £80M for the Senegal international, who turned down a new contract earlier this summer.

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) has become a public health problem due to its increasing prevalence globally and associated high morbidity and mortality. The burden of CKD is more felt in developing countries like Nigeria where there is no health insurance to meet the huge financial demands the disease places on its sufferers and their families

A quick mortality by @who:

· 254,028 total deaths, 131,008 deaths in men, and 123,020 deaths in women.
· The age-standardized death rate due to kidney diseases was estimated at 15.6 deaths per 100,000 population.

On the other hand:

Oral cancer is a leading cause of cancer deaths among African populations. Lack of standard cancer registries and under-reporting has inaccurately depicted its magnitude in Nigeria. The federal government of Nigeria in April 2023 identified oral cancers as the leading cause of cancer related deaths in the country as Nigeria is reported to have 1146 new cases with an estimated 764 mortality yearly.

This is why we would be taking a 1-3 miles walk to create awareness on the 22nd of July, 2023 in Osogbo, Osun State.
