We've lost that because the existing refineries are running over capacity with reduced maintenance. Very obvious when you look at regional prices and say the Ohio refinery that had to go offline.

@ShawnaNonna @nicksortor How about fair to the Jurors? The trials I've been at have 14 to dismiss 2 as alternatives. We'd have to increase that number to cover the normal reasons we have alternates, and most the rare trial that have a hung jury are rare and unpredictable.
