GCV Community Education #90
Technology Is Important โ But Technology Alone Cannot Build an Economy
A Question Raised by a Community Leader โ and Shared by Many Pioneers
Dear Global Pioneers and GCV Community Leaders,
Recently, a community leader raised an important question with me. I believe this question represents the concerns of many Pioneers and community leaders, so I would like to address it openly through GCV Community Education #90.
The question was raised respectfully and constructively:
ยซWhy are many GCV Ambassadors focusing primarily on GCV education while giving comparatively less attention to Pi Network's technical and ecosystem education?
Many Pioneers still do not fully understand Wallet usage and security, KYC, Mainnet migration, Nodes, Validators, applications, DEX-related developments, Launchpad, Pi App Studio, merchant participation, and other ecosystem tools.
Could the lack of technical knowledge be one reason why active ecosystem participation remains limited?
If GCV ultimately requires technology, applications, merchants, circulation, and real-world utility, shouldn't GCV education and Pi technical education go hand in hand?ยป
The community leader summarized his position as:
GCV Education + Pi Technical Education + Real Utility = A Strong Pioneer Community
This is a reasonable question.
My answer is that technical education is important, but the real issue is educational priority.
---
PART I โ THE BIGGER PROBLEM IS NOT TECHNOLOGY, BUT THE WAITING MENTALITY
Let me make my position very clear:
I have never opposed Pioneers learning Pi technology.
Pioneers should learn Wallet security, passphrase protection, KYC, Mainnet migration, applications, Nodes, Validators, Pi App Studio, DEX-related developments, merchant tools, and other ecosystem functions.
These are necessary and useful skills.
Pioneers can and should learn them, particularly through official Pi Network information, applications, documentation, and educational resources.
But these are primarily technical and operational skills.
They can be learned.
The deeper problem I see in our community is much harder to solve:
The waiting mentality.
For years, many Pioneers have focused heavily on technical developments and future events.
They wait for the next upgrade.
They wait for migration.
They wait for a new application.
They wait for another Mainnet development.
They wait for a listing.
They wait for the next announcement.
They wait for the Core Team.
And gradually, some begin to believe:
โWhen the technology is ready, I will become financially free.โ
Or:
โWhen this one event happens, everything will change.โ
This is a dangerous misunderstanding.
Technology does not automatically create financial freedom.
When Pioneers believe that one technical upgrade, migration, listing, application, or future event will suddenly make them wealthy, they stop thinking about what they themselves must contribute.
They wait instead of building.
And when they wait for years and their financial expectations are not immediately realized, disappointment follows.
Some stop mining.
Some uninstall the application.
Some leave the community.
And after migration, some may simply sell their Pi and walk away.
This is what concerns me far more than whether every Pioneer understands every technical feature.
---
MIGRATION AND THE SHORT-TERM MENTALITY
Right now, many Pioneers are asking:
Why isn't migration faster?
Why aren't more large balances being migrated?
From my analysis, one of the greatest economic risks is the short-term mentality of Pioneers themselves.
If large numbers of Pioneers view migration simply as an opportunity to receive Pi, immediately sell it for short-term gain, and then leave the ecosystem, accelerating migration alone would not necessarily strengthen Pi.
It could create the opposite result.
Pi could gradually move away from millions of ordinary Pioneers and become increasingly concentrated in the hands of a much smaller number of holders.
That would weaken one of Pi Network's greatest foundations:
Its massive global Pioneer community.
I cannot speak for the Pi Core Team or claim that this is the Core Team's internal reason for the current pace or sequencing of migration. Those decisions belong to the Core Team. But we can see 80% of migrated wallets only has max 10 Pi. Is that very clear?
From the perspective of community economics, the risk is clear:
Migration without education can increase sell-off risk.
Sell-off without continued participation can reduce broad ownership.
Reduced broad ownership can lead to concentration.
Concentration can weaken a mass-participation ecosystem.
Therefore, before simply demanding faster migration, we must ask ourselves:
Are our Pioneers psychologically and economically prepared for migration?
Will they receive Pi and help build the ecosystem?
Or will they receive Pi, sell it, and leave?
That is why Pioneer mindset education matters.
---
HOW CAN PIONEERS LEARN TO USE AN ECONOMY WHEN THERE IS NO PI IN THEIR WALLETS?
This brings us to another fundamental contradiction.
We are told that Pioneers need more education about Wallets, applications, merchant transactions, DEX-related tools, and ecosystem participation.
Yes. They should learn these things.
But I ask a very practical question:
How can Pioneers meaningfully practice economic participation when they have no Pi in their wallets?
And an even more important question:
How can the ecosystem develop when many Pioneers and merchants have no Pi in their wallets?
You can teach someone how a Wallet works.
You can explain an application.
You can explain a marketplace.
You can explain how merchants can participate.
But an economy requires actual economic activity.
An ecosystem requires circulation.
Circulation requires participants.
Participants need Pi in their wallets.
Merchants need customers who can actually transact with Pi.
And merchants themselves need Pi to participate in a circular Pi economy.
Without Pi circulating among Pioneers and merchants, technical knowledge alone cannot create economic activity.
This is why I believe we must look deeper than technical education.
---
PART II โ WHY GCV AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION ARE THE PRIORITY
The Pi Core Team develops and maintains the technological infrastructure.
Our community has a different responsibility.
We must help build the human and economic foundation that gives the technology real utility.
Technology can build the road.
But technology cannot force people to travel on that road.
Technology cannot create community confidence by itself.
Technology cannot force merchants to participate.
Technology cannot make Pioneers hold, use, and circulate Pi responsibly.
Technology cannot eliminate fear, greed, impatience, unrealistic expectations, or short-term thinking.
And technology cannot prevent someone from receiving Pi, selling everything, and leaving the ecosystem.
These are human and economic problems.
And human problems require education.
---
TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND GCV EDUCATION ARE NOT ENEMIES
We should therefore not create a false conflict between technical education and GCV education.
We need both.
I welcome technical educators.
I encourage Pioneers to learn Wallet security, KYC, migration, applications, Nodes, ecosystem tools, merchant participation, and other useful knowledge.
But technical education and GCV education answer two different questions.
Technical education answers:
โHow do I use Pi and its technology?โ
GCV and community education address another question:
โWhat will millions of us do with Pi once we have it?โ
When can we have Pi migrated to my wallets so that I can use the technical skills? Now majority pioneers do no have Pi in wallets.
Will we immediately sell it?
Will we leave?
Or will we use it?
Will we support merchants?
Will we create businesses?
Will we circulate Pi?
Will we create real utility?
Will we help build an economy?
The second question cannot be answered by software.
---
THE REAL CYCLE WE MUST BREAK
The problem we must address is:
Short-term mentality โ Waiting โ Unrealistic expectations โ Disappointment โ Sell-off/Leaving โ Reduced participation โ Weaker circulation โ Greater concentration โ Difficult ecosystem development
Simply adding more technology does not automatically break this cycle.
Education can.
We need Pioneers to understand that migration should not mean:
โMy Pi arrived. Now I can sell and leave.โ
Migration should mean:
โMy Pi arrived. Now I can participate, use it, circulate it, support merchants, create utility, and help build the ecosystem.โ
That is the mindset transformation we need.
---
MY EDUCATIONAL PRIORITY
Therefore, I would expand the formula proposed by this community leader:
Pi Technical Knowledge + GCV Education + Pioneer Mindset + Participation + Real Utility = A Strong Pioneer Community
But the sequence matters.
My educational priority is:
Mindset โ Education โ Consensus โ Participation โ Circulation โ Utility โ Strong Ecosystem
Because if the mindset remains:
โI will do nothing and wait for technology to make me financially free,โ
then even the world's most advanced technology cannot create a healthy economy.
But if millions of Pioneers understand:
โI have a responsibility to participate, create utility, support merchants, circulate responsibly, educate others, and help build this economy,โ
then technology becomes enormously powerful.
---
THE CORE MESSAGE OF GCV COMMUNITY EDUCATION #90
Please understand my position clearly:
We are not against technology.
We are against waiting for technology to do everything for us.
We are not preventing Pioneers from learning technical skills.
Learn them.
Learn Wallet security.
Protect your passphrase.
Learn KYC.
Learn migration.
Learn applications.
Learn Nodes.
Learn ecosystem tools.
Follow official Pi Network technical information.
These skills can be learned.
But after learning all of them, one fundamental question remains:
WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH YOUR PI WHEN IT REACHES YOUR WALLET?
Will you sell and leave?
Or will you become part of the economy?
That is the question technology cannot answer for us.
Millions of Pioneers must answer it through their actions.
Technology builds the infrastructure.
Education changes the mindset.
Migration puts Pi into people's hands.
Participation creates circulation.
Circulation creates utility.
And people build the economy.
That is why, at this stage, I continue to place GCV education, Pioneer mindset, economic understanding, participation, and real-world utility at the center of our educational work.
Do not wait for technology to create your future.
Technology gives us the tools. People must build the economy.

OFFICIAL STRUCTURAL REFORM & ORGANIZATIONAL UPDATE
Dear GCV Leaders, Ambassadors, Special Envoys, Warriors, and Pioneers,
I am pleased to officially announce that the latest phase of the Global GCV Movement structural reform has been successfully completed.
Following this reform, our global organizational structure, leadership responsibilities, operational divisions, and administrative framework have now been established.
I. GLOBAL LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE
At the highest level of the Global GCV Movement:
Ms. Doris Yin
Founder & Chairperson โ Global GCV Movement
The Founder & Chairperson is supported by the Grand Council, consisting of four members who assist in strategic leadership, executive coordination, organizational development, and global governance.
Under this leadership framework, the Global GCV Movement now operates through Five Core Divisions/Pillars:
Global GCV Community
International GCV Industry Alliance
Global GCV Army
Global GCV Leadership School
GCV Regulatory, Compliance & Audit Committee
The principal leaders responsible for these five divisions have now been appointed.
Our next stage is no longer simply structural reform.
Our next stage is execution.
II. 25 GLOBAL ADMINISTRATORS
We have select approximately 25 qualified students from the GCV Leadership School to serve as administrative and executive support personnel across the five divisions.
These administrators will assist our leadership teams with coordination, administration, communication, documentation, implementation, and other operational responsibilities.
All excellent students will receive recognition as:

This program will provide Leadership School students with practical organizational experience while strengthening the operational capacity of all five divisions.
We will continue choose max 100 students to work for Global GCV Movement.
III. OFFICIAL SYMBOLS AND AUTHORIZED USE
The five divisions now have their respective symbols.
The original design rights belong to Mr. Rad. I subsequently refined and developed several elements of the four recently released symbols using my ChatGPT Premium account, and the designs have now been finalized.
The rules governing their use are as follows:
1. Global GCV Movementโ Lotus Symbol
This is our parent Symbol for GCV Movement. All other four Symbols are Sub- Symbols
The Lotus represents the GCV Community and is free for public use.
Any Pioneer who genuinely supports the GCV Movement is welcome to use the Community Lotus symbol in support of our shared mission and values.
2. International GCV Industry Alliance Symbol
This is an authorized-use symbol.
Its use requires permission from the Global GCV Movement / International GCV Industry Alliance.
3. Global GCV Army Symbol
This symbol is reserved for authorized members of the Global GCV Army.
It should not be used to represent GCV Army membership, rank, or authority by individuals who have not been officially authorized.
4. GCV Leadership School Symbol
This symbol is reserved for the official Leadership School organizational and staff framework and authorized activities of the School.
5. GCV Regulatory, Compliance & Audit Committee Symbol
This is an official internal organizational symbol reserved for the Regulatory, Compliance & Audit Committee and its authorized personnel and activities.
These distinctions are important because our symbols represent not only identity, but also organizational responsibility and authority.

๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ฑPI GCV NEWS: ๐ฑ GCV Community Insight | The Seeds of Pi Network's Future
Many Pioneers are waiting for the next upgrade, the next law, or the next announcement, believing that these events alone will bring financial freedom.
Ms. Doris Yin reminds us that this is not how Pi Network succeeds.
Technology upgrades, supportive regulations such as the Clarity Act, and the work of the Pi Core Team are all important conditions, but they are not the true cause of Pi's long-term success.
The real driving force is the Pioneer community.
Think of Pi Network as a garden:
๐ฑ Pioneers are the seeds.
๐ง Technology is the water.
โ๏ธ A supportive legal and business environment is the sunlight.
Even with water and sunshine, nothing will grow if no one plants the seeds.
In the same way, no technology, regulation, or policy can create prosperity unless millions of Pioneers actively build the ecosystem together.
That means:
- Educating new Pioneers.
- Sharing accurate information instead of fake news.
- Supporting Pi merchants.
- Expanding real-world utility.
Participating in GCV and Pi ecosystem development.
Every positive action you take is a seed planted for the future.
Every merchant added, every educational article shared, every successful Pi transaction, and every Pioneer you help understand the vision strengthens the Value Network.
Instead of asking, "When will Pi change my life?", perhaps we should ask:
"What have I done today to help build the future of Pi Network?"
As Doris Yin reminds us:
The future is not created by waiting.
It is created by those who plant the seeds today.
๐ Together, we are not simply waiting for Pi's futureโwe are building it.๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ฑ

๐๐๐PI GCV NEWS: ๐ GCV Community Insight | Understanding Doris Yin's Message
Many Pioneers are still waiting for a day they call "Fully Open Mainnet." However, as Ms. Doris Yin explains, Pi Core Team has never officially defined such a stage. Open Mainnet has already been launched.
What many people are actually expecting is the moment when Pi can be freely exchanged for fiat currency at the Global Consensus Value (GCV). According to Doris, this is not an overnight event and will not happen simply because of a single announcement.
Before reaching that point, Pi Network is expected to continue expanding its real-world utility through:
More GCV barter transactions.
A growing merchant ecosystem.
DEX-based value exchange.
Stronger participation from businesses and the global Pioneer community.
The most important message is this:
Value Network Activation cannot be achieved by the Core Team alone. It requires every Pioneer to contribute.
That is why education is so important. Every Pioneer who studies the Pi White Paper, understands the Pioneers Handbook, supports merchants, and shares accurate information is helping move Pi Network closer to its long-term vision.
Waiting for announcements does not build the ecosystem.
Complaining, spreading misinformation, or creating division only delays the progress that everyone hopes to see.
Instead, let us focus on what we can control:
โ Learn the Pi vision.
โ Educate others with accurate information.
โ Support real Pi commerce.
โ Grow the merchant ecosystem.
โ Contribute positively to the Value Network.
As Doris Yin reminds us:
Education changes thinking.
Correct thinking leads to correct action.
Correct action accelerates the development of the Pi ecosystem.
The future of Pi Network will not be created by waitingโit will be created by millions of Pioneers building real utility together. ๐๐ชท๐๐๐

๐๐๐PI NETWORK NEWS: ๐ ARTICLE #21 โ
โWHY PI MUST EVOLVE INTO A GLOBAL MERCHANT CLEARING SYSTEM: And Why GCV Is the Only Model That Allows Pi to Support Real-World Payment Settlement at Planetary Scaleโ
Sunday Tribune โ Volume IV (2025)
By JoJo โ Global GCV Initiative
------
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Pi Network is uniquely positioned to become the worldโs universal merchant clearing system โ a financial layer allowing:
๐ธstores
๐ธrestaurants
๐ธservice providers
๐ธe-commerce sites
๐ธfreelancers
๐ธdigital creators
โฆto accept Pi, settle instantly, convert value predictably, and operate globally without depending on:
๐ธbanks
๐ธcredit card networks
๐ธremittance companies
๐ธinternational transfer fees
exchange rate fluctuations
But for Pi to serve as a global merchant settlement currency, it must have:
โ stable purchasing power
โ predictable unit value
โ transparent valuation logic
โ cross-border consistency
โ trust from merchants
This is impossible without:
GCV (Global Consensus Value).
This report explains:
๐ธwhy Pi must function as a clearing currency
๐ธhow Pi can replace traditional settlement systems
๐ธwhy merchants need stability
๐ธwhy GCV is foundational
๐ธhow Pi Wallet already reveals settlement architecture
๐ธhow PiDEX will interface with merchant payments
๐ธhow global trade can run on Pi
In short:
GCV โ stabilizes Pi โ enables Pi โ clears global merchant transactions.
------
1. INTRODUCTION:
THE WORLD NEEDS A NEW GLOBAL CLEARING SYSTEM
Todayโs financial infrastructure is fragmented:
๐ธVisa/MasterCard charge 2โ4% fees
๐ธPayPal takes up to 7% with currency adjustments
๐ธSWIFT transfers cost $15โ45 per transaction
๐ธcross-border payments take 1โ5 days
๐ธmerchants must comply with local currency restrictions
๐ธinternational freelancers struggle to receive money
Pi has the opportunity to solve these global pain points.
Pi can serve as:
the universal unit for instant payment clearance.
To do this, merchants must rely on:
โ Pi (as the currency)
โ GCV (as the stable valuation reference)
Together, they create a planetary clearing network.
------
2. WHY MERCHANTS REQUIRE A STABLE DIGITAL CURRENCY
Merchants cannot adopt currencies that:
๐ธfluctuate
๐ธcollapse suddenly
๐ธbehave like speculative assets
๐ธrequire daily repricing
๐ธare unpredictable
This is why:
๐ธBTC is not used for real commerce
๐ธETH is not used for real commerce
๐ธSOL/BNB only serve crypto-native markets
Real-world merchants require:
Stable โ Predictable โ Accountable value.
Pi can provide this โ but only via GCV.
------
3. THE FIVE PRINCIPLES OF A GLOBAL MERCHANT CLEARING CURRENCY
Pi must meet five conditions to serve as a clearing asset.
------
3.1 Principle 1 โ Stable Unit of Account
Merchants must:
๐ธset prices
๐ธkeep books
๐ธcalculate profit
๐ธpay salaries
๐ธforecast revenue
If Pi fluctuates:
โ merchants lose control
โ accounting breaks
โ regulators object
โ trust collapses
GCV ensures:
Pi = predictable
Pi = consistent
Pi = stable
------
3.2 Principle 2 โ Stable Medium of Exchange
A currency used for payment must:
๐ธhold value between transactions
๐ธnot devalue daily
๐ธnot scare customers
GCV ensures Pi behaves like:
๐ธfiat stability
๐ธcrypto security
๐ธdigital convenience
-----
3.3 Principle 3 โ Stable Store of Value
Merchants must:
๐ธkeep Pi in reserves
๐ธhold inventory value
๐ธmanage cashflow
Volatility = destruction of business models.
GCV solves this.
------
3.4 Principle 4 โ Predictable Conversion Model
Merchants often need:
๐ธPi โ goods
๐ธPi โ services
๐ธPi โ local currency (partially)
๐ธPi โ merchant tokens
GCV ensures consistent conversion.
------
3.5 Principle 5 โ Compliance Alignment
Stable-value digital currencies:
๐ธare easier to regulate
๐ธalign with taxation structures
๐ธsupport unified pricing models
GCV gives Pi regulatory clarity.
------
4. THE ROLE OF PI AS A MERCHANT CLEARING ASSET
Pi must play the central role in:
๐ธpoint-of-sale transactions
๐ธonline invoice settlements
๐ธservice redemption
๐ธsupply-chain clearing
๐ธB2B payments
๐ธB2C payments
๐ธmicrocommerce
๐ธgig economy payouts
Pi Wallet already shows modules for:
๐ธmerchant token integration
๐ธecosystem tokens
๐ธvalue routing
๐ธmulti-hop conversions
๐ธPi-based LP routing
These are necessary components for merchant payment infrastructure.

5. WHY ECOSYSTEM TOKENS REQUIRE PI AS THE SETTLEMENT CURRENCY
Merchant tokens such as:
๐ธCoffeeToken
๐ธTravelToken
๐ธDiscountToken
๐ธServiceCredits
๐ธLoyaltyTokens
โฆmust ultimately settle into Pi for:
๐ธaccounting
๐ธredemption
๐ธcross-merchant compatibility
๐ธpricing
๐ธliquidity
Tokens cannot settle into each other.
That would create chaos.
Pi is the single universal settlement point.
But Pi must be stable โ GCV.
------
6. PI WALLET: THE EMERGING MERCHANT INFRASTRUCTURE
Screenshots reveal:
โ merchant-specific token groups
โ token visibility controls
โ LP tokens indicating merchant liquidity pools
โ Test-Pi pairs for clearing simulations
โ token metadata built for business functions
โ the UI foundation for in-wallet merchant payments
โ the hidden Exchange (PiDEX) button
This is not speculative crypto wallet UX.
This is:
A merchant payment and clearing interface.
------
7. HOW PI GIVES MERCHANTS A HUGE ADVANTAGE OVER TRADITIONAL SYSTEMS
------
7.1 Zero international transfer fees
A merchant in India can receive Pi from a customer in Brazil instantly.
------
7.2 No bank gatekeepers
Merchants no longer rely on:
๐ธSWIFT
๐ธVisa
๐ธPayPal
๐ธremittance intermediaries
Pi becomes the โmerchant bank."
------
7.3 Instant settlement
No chargebacks.
No multi-day delays.
No hidden fees.
------
7.4 Global customer base
40M+ Pioneers = built-in global customers.
7.5 Programmable payments
Merchants can:
๐ธissue discounts
๐ธsend service tokens
๐ธbundle offers
๐ธbuild loyalty cycles
This is impossible with traditional fiat.
------
8. WHY GCV IS THE CENTERPIECE OF THE MERCHANT ECONOMY
GCV stabilizes Pi so merchants can:
๐ธplan
๐ธprice
๐ธstore value
๐ธconduct payroll
๐ธredeem Pi
๐ธuse Pi in supply chains
๐ธmaintain consistency
Without GCV:
๐ธPi would behave like BTC
๐ธbusinesses refuse volatile assets
๐ธmerchant adoption collapses
๐ธtoken economy becomes unstable
GCV is not optional โ it is foundational.
------
9. THE FUTURE: PI AS A GLOBAL MERCHANT CLEARING LAYER
Imagine:
๐ธA coffee shop in Vietnam accepts Pi
๐ธA freelancer in Nigeria receives Pi
๐ธA developer in Indonesia sells service tokens
๐ธA merchant in Brazil redeems Pi for inventory
๐ธA creator in the Philippines accepts Pi from global fans
๐ธA taxi service in Kenya uses Pi for fares
๐ธA hotel in Turkey accepts Pi for bookings
All transactions settle through:
Pi (GCV-stabilized) โ PiDEX โ merchants
Pi becomes the worldโs universal settlement currency.
This is the destiny Pi is being built for.
10. CONCLUSION:
PI + GCV = THE FUTURE GLOBAL MERCHANT CLEARING SYSTEM
Piโs unique architecture enables:
๐ธcross-border commerce
๐ธmerchant adoption
๐ธpredictable pricing
๐ธscalable token economies
๐ธseamless service redemption
๐ธdecentralized value routing
๐ธinstant global settlement
None of this is possible unless:
๐ธPi is stable โ GCV.
๐ธPi is central โ clearing currency.
This is bigger than crypto.
This is:
The worldโs first people-powered clearing system โ
Pi, stabilized by GCV, connecting merchants of every nation. ๐๐๐

๐ก OUR JOURNEY & VISION
I have the privilege of working and collaborating with leaders fromv different countries and witnessing the growth of communities across our international network. Every country has its own culture, its own strengths, and its own challenges. But one thing remains true for every successful community: it is built by people who choose to work together.
That is exactly what I see here in South Korea. When I look at your community, I do not simply see numbers. I see relationships. I see trust. I see leaders who invest their time in helping others grow. I see ambassadors who continue reaching out to their communities. I see merchants who are willing to explore new opportunities. And I see Pioneers who believe that by working together, they can create something meaningful for future generations.
For that reason, I would like to congratulate the entire South Korea leadership team. What you have accomplished deserves recognition. You have worked diligently to strengthen your ecosystem. You have welcomed more merchants into your growing community. You have expanded your network of local ambassadors. You have organized educational activities and events that bring people together.
Most importantly, you have demonstrated that sustainable growth begins with trust, cooperation, and consistent leadership.
These achievements did not happen overnight. They are the result of countless conversations, countless meetings, countless acts of service, and countless people choosing to believe in a common vision.
People often ask me: โWhat is the greatest reward of leadership?โ
My answer is always the same. It is not the title we hold. It is not the position we occupy. The greatest reward is seeing people discover their own potential. It is watching ambassadors become mentors. It is seeing merchants become community builders. It is seeing local leaders inspire others to step forward with confidence and purpose.
Nothing brings me greater happiness than watching a nation grow stronger because its people choose to grow together.
๐ ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES
As we celebrate your achievements today, I also want us to look beyond this conference. Every successful movement continues to grow because its leaders never stop looking toward the future.
When I think about South Korea, I do not only see what has already been accomplished โ I see extraordinary possibilities.
According to Statistics Korea's 2024 Census on Establishments, South Korea is home to more than 6.35 million registered business establishments. Just imagine that for a moment. More than six million businesses โ large companies, small businesses, familyโowned enterprises, startups, local shops, manufacturers, service providers. Every one of them represents an opportunity to build relationships and strengthen communities.
Now imagine what could happen if, over time, even a portion of those businesses chose to become part of a trusted, collaborative ecosystem. Think about the partnerships that could be created. Think about the entrepreneurs who could meet one another. Think about communities working together. Think about businesses supporting businesses. The possibilities are truly remarkable.
That vision is not achieved in a single day. It is built one relationship at a time, one business at a time, one conversation at a time.
That is why your role is so important. You are not simply inviting businesses. You are building trust. You are opening doors. You are creating opportunities for collaboration. And those opportunities can create lasting value for communities.
We are already seeing encouraging progress in many countries โ in Vietnam, in Thailand, in the Philippines, in Laos, in Indonesia, in Cameroon, and in Botswana.
Each country has followed its own path. Each has faced different challenges. Yet they all have something in common: Leaders who refused to give up. Ambassadors who continued serving their communities. Merchants who believed in working together. And Pioneers who chose to keep moving forward.
Now, South Korea has the opportunity to inspire even more countries โ not by competing with others, but by setting an example: an example of professionalism, an example of integrity, an example of collaboration.
๐ค A STRONGER GLOBAL FAMILY
As Chair and Global Executive Director, one of my greatest hopes is to see every country learn from one another.
When South Korea succeeds, we all celebrate. When Vietnam grows, we all grow. When Botswana reaches another milestone, it inspires the entire international community.
Because this is not about one country. This is about building a stronger global family.
So I encourage each of you: Continue building genuine relationships. Continue reaching out to real businesses. Listen before you speak. Understand before you explain. Build trust before expecting results.
Strong partnerships are never rushed. They are built through respect, through consistency, and through genuine care for the people we serve.
At the same time, continue identifying and developing new local ambassadors. Every community deserves leaders who understand its people. Every city deserves ambassadors who lead with integrity. And every new leader strengthens the future of our movement.
Always remember: The greatest investment we can make is not only in technology โ it is in people.
When we invest in people, communities become stronger. When communities become stronger, the ecosystem grows naturally. And when the ecosystem grows with integrity, everyone benefits.
We are not simply building for today. We are building for future generations. That is the responsibility we all share.
โจ OUR LEGACY & FUTURE
As we move forward, I want to leave you with one important thought:
Every generation is given an opportunity to build something that will outlive them.
Some people build businesses. Some people build organizations. Some people build communities. But the greatest legacy we can leave behind is people.
People who have been empowered. People who have been educated. People who have discovered new opportunities. People who are inspired to help others succeed.
That is the kind of legacy I hope we continue building together.
As Chair and Global Executive Director, my vision has never been limited to one country. My vision is a global community where nations learn from one another, support one another, and celebrate one another's success.
When one country grows stronger, we all become stronger. When one ambassador succeeds, the entire international community is encouraged. When one merchant discovers new opportunities through collaboration, it reminds us why we continue building.
That is the power of unity.
South Korea has already shown the world what can be accomplished through commitment, discipline, and teamwork.
Today, I encourage you to continue writing that story. Keep building strong relationships. Keep supporting one another. Keep welcoming real businesses that share our vision of collaboration and responsible growth. Keep developing new leaders who will guide future generations with wisdom, integrity, and compassion.
Never lose sight of the values that brought us together: Integrity, Respect, Service, Cooperation.
These values are far more important than any title or position. They are the foundation of every strong community and every lasting partnership.
As we continue expanding across the world, let us remain united by one purpose:
โ To build meaningful connections
โ To strengthen communities
โ To encourage innovation
โ To create opportunities that improve lives
This is not the work of one person. It is not the work of one country. It is the work of people from different cultures and different backgrounds who choose to move forward together.
That is what makes our international family so special.
๐ CLOSING
Before I conclude, I want to express my sincere appreciation once again to everyone who made todayโs conference and festival possible.
To our organizers: Thank you for your dedication.
To our ambassadors: Thank you for your leadership.
To our merchants and entrepreneurs: Thank you for believing in the power of collaboration.
To our educators: Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
And to every Pioneer: Thank you for your passion, your commitment, and your belief in a brighter future.
It is my sincere hope that this gathering will be a great success. May todayโs discussions inspire fresh ideas. May todayโs conversations create meaningful partnerships. May todayโs friendships grow into lasting collaborations. And may every person who leaves here do so with renewed purpose and determination.
I look forward to seeing South Korea continue to grow, continue to lead, and continue to inspire countries around the world.
I congratulate all of you on the remarkable progress you have achieved. The future is full of possibilities.
Let us embrace it with courage. Let us lead with humility. Let us serve with integrity. And let us continue building a global community that future generations will be proud of.
May God bless South Korea. May God bless every Pioneer around the world. And continue to grow with wisdom, integrity, unity, and peace.
Thank you very much.
