Day 1 of building my first Saas :

@i_mika_el Yeah, I think the right decision is to kill it because I was going to work on an empty market. I think I was stupid for not building an app for an existing audience that I already have.

Day 6 of building my first SaaS:

I found out that my idea was completely dead, and I was about to waste my time.

I also realized that I have an audience on one of my old TikTok accounts that I can build an app for. So I’m going to change the plan and build an app for my existing audience, which gives me a chance to get my first users.

Day 5 of building my first SaaS:

Today was completely a mess. I did nothing, to be honest I just continued warming up my accounts so I can start posting tomorrow.

I hope tomorrow will be a great day.

Designed the logo
Distribution: Instagram + TikTok, maybe YouTube Shorts
The Plan: grow an audience organically before building the app

Day 4 of building my first SaaS:

I created my first video and I hope it goes viral like it did back in 2023 xD

I also created my first slideshow, and I have a feeling it’s going to perform well.

@yesadok @akfullstack I’m not worrying about it, but the TikTok algorithm is annoying when it comes to shadowbans. The best way to avoid it is to warm up your account and use it like a normal human being that's what im used to

Day 3 of building my first saas :

Today, I had a great conversation with @akfullstack about my plan and validating the idea.

I also started warming up my accounts so I can start posting and avoid getting shadowbanned.

Im trying to follow a rule which is quality over quantity

@yevloop Thats what i want to do, test if there is a demand for my app and then launch it, as you know this my first saas i watched a couple of videos on YouTube and all of them they keep saying that this is the best startegy to do

@i_mika_el I want to test if there is an actual pain and is it worth it to build the app or not and I think building an audience first is going to help me with the launch if you have another suggestion i would love to hear it
