@qrsupport@qatarairways I’ve already contacted Qatar repeatedly and been given the runaround each time. My complaint is about rude Qatar gate staff at JFK and Qatar repeatedly redirecting me to AA despite Qatar issuing our tickets. I’m not moving this to DMs again. Please address the complaint.
Posting this for the 4th time. Qatar issued our Business Class tickets — ticket numbers begin 157, Qatar’s ticketing code — including SFO–JFK as QR9331 operated by AA. Qatar gate staff at JFK were rude, yet @QatarAirways@QRSupport keep sending me to AA with no apology. I’m done.

@qatarairways I already provided all details via DM and gave you additional time to investigate. Your response simply directed me back to American Airlines and failed to address how Qatar Airways handled us at JFK. Your customer service failed us when we needed it most.
Sharing my experience flying Business Class with my minor child on @QatarAirways. FAA delays SFO–JFK caused us to miss JFK–Doha on one Qatar reservation. No help reaching our connection. Blamed by gate agents. Stranded overnight. Qatar still points us to American. Disappointing.
.@qatarairways My 11-year-old daughter and I traveled on a single-ticket Business Class itinerary. A weather/FAA delay caused us to miss our connection. My disappointment isn’t the delay—it’s the lack of customer ownership, empathy, and care afterward. We deserved better!
