Now that Twitter is back for Nigerians.
I think I'm back too😀.
Of the truth, people like @rowlandolamide is why I'm back here, can't miss their tweets again.
Updates on what has changed since I was fully here...
1. I fully transitioned from Marketing to Motion Design🎉🎉.
TL;DR: A few days back, after a marathon of a process, I'm thrilled to spill the beans - I got accepted into @Hult_Business School in San Francisco, CA! And to add some extra sparkle, I snagged multiple scholarships to dive into the Masters in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
Buckle up for a ride through the twists and turns of my life, from teenage triumphs to the recent excitement of my admission into one of the best international business schools! What better time to share a piece of it than the first day of the last month of the year. 😉
Now, I'm not one to toot my own horn often, but breaking the silence feels pretty darn special.
Let's rewind the clock a bit. Back in 2011, as a wide-eyed teenager, I strutted into the University of Benin to study Electrical and Electronics Technology. But hey, the journey wasn't all rainbows and unicorns.
Before university life, I was the math maestro of my school, acing everything in sight, I loved everything math and logical thinking. Fast forward to exam prep with my partner in crime, Prudent, we devoured the mammoth Engineering Mathematics textbook by K.A Stroud and Dexter Booth (IFYKYK 😂) top to bottom like it was a piece of cake, I can still recall those hardback notebooks I used for every calculations. Later, after our final exams, we rocked the scene as secondary school math teachers where we also taught Further Math, Physics, and Introductory Technology, preparing students for their own internal and final exams which they were really successful on, earning ourselves a shiny title as the coolest teachers around. Proud moments, you bet!
Then came the plot twist. In 2012, my pops passed away from prostate cancer, just two days after my birthday and the day I finished my first-year final exams, just about heading for the big second year as they say. Talk about a double whammy. My dad and I were tight, and being the youngest in the family, I was determined to make him proud. His passing, broke me and inadvertently changed the scope of my life from that day.
Here's where life decided to throw a curveball - fending for myself, this actually changed my love for school and being competitive as I once used to back in high school. I either had to serve at church, bake confectionary, and do odd jobs to fund my education. My rockstar brother @tivehugbo (I will write a story about this one, dude's a god), and the unwavering support from my sisters, Clementina and Ufoama, kept me afloat, but they also had their own challenges. Graduating seemed like a distant dream, given my sporadic attendance in class, I literally only read 2-3 days before exams to catch up, how I passed those, till date is still mindboggling. But hey, I made it through the hustle and struggles regardless.
Fast forward to today. The grind became my norm, and somewhere along the way, I had lost sight of the bright-eyed teen who tackled algorithms, arithmetic, and problem-solving without a flinch. So many activities and responsibilities blinded me from the true innate potential God has always placed in me. My experiences, however in these past years, will now become a super mix of the next version of myself come next year as I embark on this new journey of re-evaluation and repurposing.
I am going back to the origin.
I owe a massive shoutout to my baby, @koderHolic for sticking by me, to the fantastic team at @web3Dmedia, and a big nod to Charles, Andrew, and Brandon of FairSide Network, the Andelans, many of my international colleagues and friends we've worked closely together, and countless others who've been my pillars of support in attaining this new feat.

Might as well be a lapse on your support systems, because your outdated ad stopped playing, there was a beep to indicate the call was answered, followed by silence for few mins until I hung up and then you asked to me give a feedback for the customer support.
@MTNNG, can you pls look into why the internet stopped working between yesterday evening and this morning around OAU campus gate, Ile ife.
Why would I subscribe to 150gb and be unable to access the internet for more than 12hrs?
