@snaxeyyt @On3 I think NCAA wide union would be too hard to align interests and likely bankrupt non-revenue sports. Probably only feasible way is players union for revenue generating sports which only includes men’s football and bball.

Woah! Big scoop. If true, I would assume this kills the ROAD to [Less] Housing Act in current form -- giving the House coverage to scuttle the Senate's language that would effectively kill build-to-rent housing construction.

Notably: The White House previously supported ROAD.

I would like to know who in the industry they actually spoke with? This is such a gross misunderstanding of how the BTR industry actually works, and not understanding who the capital and developers are. For the most part, we are not single family for sale housing developers. It would be like asking soy bean farmers to all of a sudden become ranchers.
