Providence Flats is nearing completion. While COVID-19 has not affected construction, Providence Flats faced many rain delays causing the schedule to be pushed. Providence Flats houses 16 luxury apartments in Charlotte, NC.

Construction is wrapping up at the City of Greer Arts Center. This new 4.2 acre park features an amphitheater, rain gardens and playground. The renovations of the existing 11,800 SF building will house a theater, classrooms, a pottery studio, a painting studio and artist studios.

Through the use of 3D laser technology, SGA | NW and McVeigh & Mangum Engineering provided Brookgreen Gardens with as-built documentation of Atalaya Castle. This historic beach front residence is listed on the National register of Historic Places.
