@CYoohs@UbisoftSupport The problem is they want to charge you a fee and i've already paid for the game. I reviewed it although pay to have something fixed that wasn't caused by me. There are other games I can play and I'll just.I'll just uninstall this game until they get their head out of their ass
@UbisoftSupport on June 9th I was advised the following regarding my open case (#26101809):
"please note that whilst your case is in the queue, replying can increase wait times. To avoid delays, please refrain from requesting updates until the case team respond."
@MahikRani50377 Unfortunately I stopped using DD cuz on top of the delivery fee, they also add to the menu prices. The last time I ordered from DD, my bill was $25 more than if I would've picked it up. Unfortunately I know it's not the drivers fault but the only place I can adjust is the tip.
Escalation team refuses to fix whatever is wrong with my account. I'm sorry but am I asking too much for my account to be fixed. I shouldn't have to pay someone to recover my account when I've already paid for the game. Please respond promptly.
I have paid for this game and I guess because Ubisoft has gotten my money, they DGAF about the customer being able to play. I am requesting that someone contact me with an approximate time as to when I might be able to play or should I just request a refund because your
@MarathonGG_ If they put half the effort through the last two DLC's, D2 would had a decent amount of players but instead they chose to put it all in a final update and focus on Marathon. I for one will not be playing any of Bungie's future games and will be playing Halo in a few weeks.
@MarathonGG_ It's only a matter of time before this studio's IP for D1, D2 and Marathon gets shut down. Sony DGAF about any of these games. How do you choose a game that is swirling the bottom of the toilet over an established game.
@UbisoftSupport TBH I'm seriously thinking about uninstalling a game I paid for and can't even play. How is this fair when I paid for a game and can't play it. What compensation will I get....one guess, absolutely nothing.
@UbisoftSupport I'm beyond frustrated with Ubisoft escalation department. I submitted a ticket on 5/25/26 because for some unknown reason my main character was deleted. The character was recovered on 5/27/26. I was able to play your until 5/30, when it was deleted again.
@UbisoftSupport So how long do I wait before the case team will respond. I've heard absolutely nothing and it's been almost a month. How do you expect people to stay and play your game when they don't give updates at all. Haven't played your game at all since my main agent was removed and
@UbisoftSupport because evidently the escalation department doesn't. Beginning to think I should just uninstall the game because the the event I could have gotten extra good weapons ends tomorrow and I can't play.
@UbisoftSupport So I've missed this entire event because of the poor customer service. The question is are they going to recover my account or not. It has been more than two weeks and not to mention the days I missed from the other event. I feel like it doesn't matter when players can't play
@UbisoftSupport So the player continues to miss content & ability to obtain anything from prior, current or new events until Ubisoft Support fixes the issue. Additionally, my agent was fixed the last time within 2 days & then removed again 2-3 days later. So what compensation will I get. NONE.
@UbisoftSupport It would be nice if they would have just responded to an update request. They could have just responded with exactly what was written above but no response id poor customer service, especially in light of the fact that nothing has been noted in greater than one week.
@Bev_Code my Division 2 agent has been deleted for the second time in 2 weeks. The last deletion occurred on 5/30 after it was recovered 2 days prior. They had closed my prior case for whatever reason but I went under that same case when the agent was deleted again.
and haven't been able to play this event at all. The case number is 26101809. It would be helpful if somebody could fix this issue as soon as possible and give me some advice on how to prevent this from happening in the future.
