No response yet. It surely means airtel doesn't care about customers. So customers need to lookout for better service elsewhere. Customer Experience with Airtel is dead

Getting worst experience with Airtel broadband connection. Frequent disconnect issue since I took connection. Raised 15+ tickets in last one month. Provided video recordings. But tickets closed always with false promises.
Moreover, it took 30 minutes to get to chat support. It was frequently disconnecting. The agent abruptly disconnected the chat. There is no way to call the support.
What to do if any driver starts misbehaving in such mischief in charges?

Two screenshots, one my app, other drivers, charges to me shown less, driver higher. Driver started abusing demanding higher charges. This is clear case of cheating. No Apology Worth.

What is the use of prime subscription? Orders get delayed even though tracking shows they are in my city. Support is unaware of issue. This is happening repeatedly in my area. Time is getting wasted ..getting service worst day by day.
