As a consumer who bought this on EMI, I've now spent more on "repairs" than is reasonable for a product still under its expected lifespan. I'm requesting a full replacement or refund. Please respond with a resolution, not just "DM us your complaint number." #Samsung

Timeline:
27 Nov'23 – Compressor+PCB replaced, ₹12,240
3 Aug'24 – PCB replaced again, ₹3,867
11 Jun'26 – PCB replaced again, ₹5,287
11 Jul'26 – Same error back within a month
Same fault, 4 times, 3 years. This is a manufacturing defect, not wear & tear.
