Trying to make a payment and @BarclaysUK @Barclays blocked it for security - thanks. But get me to the right agent asap so you can verify and let it through! Absolutely appalling and useless service. They’ve lost their customer focus! Time to move away to @StarlingBank etc 2/2

It’s unbelievable that @Barclays @BarclaysUK service has gone so poor. Online/mobile down for the entire weekend and call centre horror as the agents were useless and couldn’t help. Travelling for work and called them and got put on hold while abroad. 1/2

Been at the airport since 7:30am with no sign of the aircraft taking off anytime soon. Your app and comms are absolutely useless as there’s nothing useful received! Oddly the app says I can now checkin - after being checked on for over 5 hours.

Just called them first thing after they open at 8:30am and was told they will issue the ticket in 3 hours for the flight that leaves tomorrow morning. 3 weeks and counting with the same story everytime I call - let’s hope these clowns do it this time. @British_Airways

Finally @British_Airways send me an email at 8:21pm local time to call them back regarding the reservation. The irony is when I do call them - I get a recorded message saying that their office shuts at 5:30 pm 🤷‍♂️ how messed up can they be!

7th call to @british_airways today & they are still unable to issue the ticket despite having charged me. Each time they give me the same info - wait 24 hours & it’ll get done. Ask for a supervisor and none is available. They should just close their shop and stop flying. Crooks!

Can’t imagine why it takes weeks to reissue a ticket. @British_Airways service has gone from bad to worse post pandemic. The support team seem to have no clue as to what is happening in the back office. To top it there are no supervisors available to help. Called 5 times…..🤷‍♂️
