It's in the judge's hands. The prosecutor signed the order on Friday. On Monday, she even sent the judge an email asking her to put her signature to it so this could be finalized. This is not on Elizabeth Cooper. Just want to get that straight.

This woman left her Dog locked up for more than 3 hours in the boot of her car while it was 35°C in an underground parking lot.

The Dog was lucky to be alive.
Thankfully police removed the Dog from her.
