@Delta Why does the website still continue to show availability then? Are you able to undo the points transfer from the account and refund the $80?

@Delta The reservations team is not able to find any flights from Tokyo to MEL on Feb 18 or 19 using sky miles. I transferred miles for $80 from my Mom’s account to mine so that I could hit the 35k points required. Now I cannot get a refund on that purchase either #helpme
