@airindia @RNTata2000 during the flight we felt we are in mini bus. One washroom was not working there was a queue to use it. We paid for Boeing not for the old fashioned Airbus. Flight stewards was not supportive either particularly female staff

I travelled from Mumbai to DXB by AI919 on 18th May, it was really horrible experience as it was very old and clumsy Plane nd after landing we startded i y n plane for an hr because of technical issue and engine also stopped.
