@NewmarkHotels your Catalyst Hotel staff are problematic, rude and embarrassing! After booking and paying for 3 apartments up front, the manager insisted to our guests that the room was not paid for! Totally unprofessional! It’s still not resolved!

@AirFranceFR @airfrance very disappointed that we were shoved to the back of the aircraft despite having booked business class! We were also not allowed in the priority line for security! When I tried to show the staff our biz class tickets they were rude!

@Clicks_SA your stores just continue with bad customer service. A security guard at the Rosebank Store (JC Security service provider) harassed my aunt (a loyal customer for more than 30years) for allegedly stealing! The guard caused a scene in the store and was obviously wrong!
