This is clear mental harassment.
Raising this in Consumer Court.

Amazon must be held accountable for such poor service & harassment.

@ViCustomerCare I was able to connect to customer care after few more attempts and got know that If i have to send sms, I will have to recharge with pack of rs.129. Can you please let me know why isn't it communicated before ? It's high amount just for sending one or two sms in month.

@ViCustomerCare I am not able to send text message. I called helpline 198, it was very pathetic experience. I called twice and spent almost 30 mins waiting to connect support person but call got drop both the times abruptly. Please help me out.
