It's a brand new laptop, we should get a full replacement of decide with an original non faulty device @SamsungIndia not just repair. It will continue giving issues. Unbelievable that so much of chasing has to be done with Bhoomi Enterprises #Samsung #thane

After reboot issue persisted so the service center number said to give the device to Bhoomi as it is hardware issue. Gave device to them on 9/7/22. Their official report only mentions 13/7 as official complaint date, 3 weeks after. @SamsungIndia #thane #samsung

Reported issue 25/26th June to Bhoomi Ent, since we are unable to register the device online, which increases our suspicion of fake/faulty device. On 27/28 this [phone] called saying it was a software issue. Took us 3-4 days to back up device for reboot @SamsungIndia #thane

Hi @SamsungIndia I bought a supposedly original laptop from your official SmartCafe Bhoomi enterprises in #Thane. After using it for a week the screen was flickering. I am not able to register the device also. They took 3 weeks to file an official complaint. #samsung

From the tone of @OfficeofUT's address, it is entirely possible the lockdown may continue till June. People will survive from COVID but die due to financial problems. No further economic decisions being made- rent is still due, interest is still accruing, EMIs due
