ثبت لدي من خلال توثيق الشهادات أن الغرفة الأمنية المشتركة أصدرت فعلا قرارا كارثيا بحظر التجول قبل الكارثة ب 28 ساعة في التاسع من سبتمبر يوم السبت وفعلا بقيت الناس في بيوتها. في المقابل وجهت البلدية والغرفة الأمنية نداءات إخلاء فقط في المناطق الغربية المقابلة للبحر "حي لميس" والتي نجت كلها من كارثة السد. وبالمناسبة الإخلاء لا يكون بمكبرات الصوت، بل يكون ضمن خطة إخراج كاملة تجهّز فيها الحافلات وأماكن الإخلاء ويجبر فيها الناس على الخروج، وكل ذلك لم يحدث.
بالنسبة للسد:
فلاش باك قبل 11 شهر بالضبط.. سُرقت الآليات الثقيلة لشركة أرسيل المتوقفة عن العمل منذ عام 2011 والموجودة عند السد. هذه الآليات عبارة عن رافعات أنقاض، وبلدوزرين، وحفارة ومعدات أخرى. شهود عيان أكدوا أنها اتجهت غرب المدينة. وسنحدد في القادم أين ذهبت ومن سرقها ومن باعها ومن اشتراها.
