OUR APRIL CHALLENGES and GOALS:
This is the month for structure, discipline, and proof.
HEALTHSET:
• Train 3 days a week.
• Every session must include push, pull, hinge, and core.
• Walk 8,000–12,000 steps daily, especially after meals.
• No sugar, no refined carbs and your first meal at 2 PM.
• Daily OMAD/2MAD and AUTOPHAGY weekly: Wednesday to Friday
SKILLSET:
• Pick one skill that can make you money.
• Skills could be sales, copywriting, coding, AI, or a hand skill.
• Commit 60–90 minutes daily. No distractions before you complete it.
• Leave April with proof of growth.
WEALTHSET:
• Track every coin for 30 days.
• Cut unnecessary spending.
• Save 20–30% of your income.
• Start or grow one income stream.
Control your money, or it will control you.
SOULSET:
• 10–15 minutes of silence daily.
• No phone and no noise.
• Read at least 10 pages a day.
• Reduce talking like a parrot.
• Reduce validation seeking.
Build inner order and masculine calm.
Think. Reflect. Reset.
April will expose weak men, but it will build disciplined men.

Between the boomers and millennials, there is a generation that is the cause of our problems.
Gen X.
Born between 1965 and 1980.
They are the parents of ZILLENIALS and Gen Z.
These are the people addicted to evangelical churches, classic FM and Facebook.
They still read newspapers and tune in to the BBC at 6PM.
They are rabidly tribal, worship permanent job employment, and so they forge academic and professional documents to ascend lucrative job groups.
They don't want to retire; they are career employees.
They are the most toxic managers at work with outdated ideas.
Their leadership style is holding daily office meetings, and since someone taught them about Zoom, they also hold virtual meetings even on holidays.
These meetings amount to nothing but them reminding employees about appraisal forms and reporting time.
They are extremely corrupt.
They bribe their way through opportunities. They dislike meritocracy and openly hate people who qualify through hard work and merit.
They sell ancestral land to disinherit their children yet their fathers bequeathed them free land.
At home, if it is a man, his wife has conquered him. She runs the house, and he is so scared to confront her.
If it is a woman, she is endlessly angry, chaotic and choleric, but so holier than thou on Sunday in church.
They teach their children bad manners because they want them to become rich overnight.
The Gen X are the root cause of our political, economic, and social collapse.
This is the "hear nothing, see nothing, do nothing" generation.
Docile generation!
The concept of sunscreen confuses me.
I look at the ingredients list, I'm not comfortable with all that.
How is it that most things that cause cancer are artificial yet the sun, the ultimate source of energy, allegedly causes skin cancer?
If you put a sick person in the sun, they feel better.
The sun is a source of Vitamin D.
And yes the sun ages the skin. However, is anyone any happier because they look 30 at 60?
When did the sun get such bad PR?
In 2020/2021,
I was among the people who opposed COVID-19 mandates.
I discouraged my followers from getting vaccinated because the entire charade was medical tyranny.
Governments in cahoots with vaccine criminals wrote threats to social media companies like Twitter, Facebook and YouTube to deplatform users who were exposing the COVID madness.
Users were demonised and banned.
I was suspended twice and forced to delete some of my tweets, or risk being banned forever.
Media houses were threatened by Governments that if they promote "misinformation" by hosting people who were not system-certified "experts", they will be punished.
The aim was to keep people ignorant because if they were awakened, they would see the medical fraud promoted by global racketeers.
This is the same thing happening here,
Kenya's most pretentious Food and Nutrition Service Institute, the Kenya Nutrition and Dieticians Institute (KNDI), colludes with the Media Council to gag the demystification of decades of nutrition lies that have brainwashed all of us.
Is this not the Institute that was promoting Weetabix and Royco?
Weetabix is among the worst processed cereals on earth, contributing to chronic gut inflammation. At the same time, Royco is an inflammatory bouillon made from synthetic Monosodium Glutamate that inflames the stomach and escalates diabetes.
This is how the corrupt food industry that has poisoned citizens conspires with the media to hoodwink people and sell them misinformation.
In this example, the processed maize flour industry, which sells highly useless corn flour, manipulates KNDI to protect the corn starch industry.
In America, today, the US Department of Health and Human Services has demolished the long-held lies hidden in the food pyramid and condemned the consumption of processed foods.
The foods we eat today are essentially poisonous, inflammatory and the primary cause of chronic diseases.
You don't need to be a professional to tell the difference between bad and nutrient-dense foods.
Maasais are not "expert nutritionists" but are among the healthiest ethnic communities in East Africa.
We shall call out the hypocrisy and corruption between these institutions and the corrupt food industry that keeps the people sick by selling them toxic and inflammatory foods.
Even if I remain alone, I will boldly sensitise people to healthy eating and to breaking free from metabolic diseases.
