Today, engineers will hold candlelight protest at all field units and offices to express their displeasure regarding discrimination by @EnergyOdisha related to cadre restructuring and other demands.

. 1. #Cadre_Restructuring : The cadre restructuring proposal of all Govt. Engg. departments have been completed by 2021 and for the DISCOMs in Nov 2024 #maintaining_parity. On the contrary, OPTCL cadre restructuring proposal is facing #discrimination and #disparity by the top brass of Energy Department.
2. #Project_Management_Reforms: Lack of Planning and bypassing procedures is hampering transmission projects.
