I cancelled booking from srilanka to blr id : GOFLISTAHWFX4289623 due to #ditwacyclone all other platforms showing refund from airline as airline is offering refund but goibibo simply did not show/processed any refunds…their call centre is biggest fraud.

My checkin luggage got lost yesterday while travelling in air india express flight. They took a complaint and said my luggage will reach Bangalore airport by today and they will inform me post that.
Since then they are not receiving my calls and are not updating.

Another passenger with me also lost the lugagge due to the bad management and no responsibility of the @AirIndiaX airlines.
But they called her today and informed that they have received the luggage and will deliver it by tomorrow.
Then whey are they ignoring my calls?????

They are only showing chatbot support and its saying resolved ticket without even resolving any issue.

Explain how I have been charged an extra 400, actual distance is 75km but bill came for 99 km.
Driver asked us extra 200 rupees for up and down toll charges.
I had raised a ticket which is marked as solved (without even solving).

One year back, I bought a smart TV from your company "Motorola ZX Pro".
