@bclark_21@FanDuelSN_MW It was the same for me. All other channels were fine. Clearly an issue with this channel.
The game also wasn’t listed in the app for streaming. No idea why.
Everyone is an expert at someone else’s incident….
As someone who helps people with incidents I find this very odd….
I have enabled some very improved business outcomes for customers, I’ve saved people a shit ton of impact/money during incidents over say 20 plus years.
I know that when I walk into an incident I do not know everything…. I am no there to say I told you so or look how clever I am.
Incidents are hard… there are not perfect incidents…
I guess I’m saying that it’s easy from an armchair…. It’s much harder in reality.

I read the plan for absenteeism & have some thoughts, which I've shared with the Committee.
This document does not reference illness, except to include it in a list of negative outcomes of absenteeism - along with “delinquent activity”, “risky sexual behaviour”, and “pregnancy.”
I'm making jokes but probably a sensible thing is to:
(this applies everyday)
make sure your orgs defences are appropriate if you may be targeted by IR (e.g. if you are in the defence supply chain, political space, journalism, nuke research labs etc.)
In 2022 we say a shift in bad traffic from RU as a source to that seemingly being routed via GERMANY.
We might see some stuff occur now....
who knows....
either way.. the best time start defending networks was yesterday...
the second best time is now!

@swagitda_ 100%. I bring these points up all the time and I get the most bizarre responses, looks, etc.
Folks - why blame the end users for a system engineered to elicit this behavior and then allow it to happen with such impact?
Please repost this.
An encrypted file system -= must =- be decrypted to written to.
If the OS is on an encrypted file system, it is decrypted while the system is running.
Some wild takes on X and LinkedIn showing folks don’t know what protections disk level encryption gives.
@danreilly @BallySportsMW I don’t think an app could be that bad unless it was an effort to make it that way. They had to try.
I complained once about the app and it turned into them telling me it was directv’s fault and there was nothing they could do.
23andMe has said the data breach was caused by hackers brute-forcing victims’ accounts by using publicly known passwords released in other companies’ data breaches.
Such a large-scale brute force attack should have easily been detected.
