📸 COME FOR A TRIP DOWN MEMORY LANE! 📸

As we're celebrating our 20th anniversary as a business, we're looking back over the years and sharing some memorable moments with you all!

So... here goes!

Back in 2015, we'd been short shipped on our pre-order stock for Fallout 4. We're not ashamed to say we were panicked, but just two days before release we were able to secure some stock from a fellow UK business! Great, right? The only problem? We're in Swansea, South Wales, and the stock was in Colchester...

The plan:

🚘 We hired a van and got on the road to pick up the stock with a tonne of order invoices, a three-man team (Nathan Drake - yes that's ACTUALLY his name, pictured in Image 1. Marc Wright on the left lol, in Image 2, and G Man Giles Davies driving), and an absolute truckload of ambition to pack your orders on the way back to Wales!

The result:

🎉 A titanic efforts from three blokes in a van meant everything was packed, bagged and driven back to our warehouse in Swansea for the Royal Mail collection at 5pm, a day before launch!

It's not always been straightforward - but one thing we are here is a team! 💪❤️

Did you pre-order Fallout 4 with us? If so, know that your copy did some serious mileage en route! 😂💿

'This lovely boy was brought into kennels after being found roaming as a stray for a couple of days. We have aged him around 2 years and named him Spud. Spud is a large stocky mastiff cross. Please note he is NOT a banned breed & has been assessed by a police dog liaison officer to confirm. Spud was a little timid on arrival but never showed any signs of aggression & was easily won over with a couple of gravy bones. Spud is strong but fairly steady on the lead & walks quite nicely. Spud has shown no negative reactions towards other dogs in kennels. Spud tries to stay clean in his kennel but may need a gentle reminder when it comes to housetraining. Please note spud is larger than he looks in his photos, we estimate that he weighs around 50kgs. Spud will make a great companion!' - Sheffield Council Pound

Male entire collie called Marley, around 12 months old.
Very energetic, he can be funny with certain people, mostly men. He has growled and been vocal but after a short time he will come around and is then a lovely boy. He just needs a gentle approach. Loves playing with toys.
Can be collected from kennels 1st October 2024.
Currently in a Merseyside stray kennels and unclaimed.
Please share far and wide and tag any suitable rescues (unfortunately I don’t have time to get in touch with rescues who are unknown to me, so if you tag bone fide rescues who I don’t already have contact with, they will see this and they will get in touch if they feel they can help).
Please note that because this dog – like all our dogs – needs to be fully assessed before being placed as part of someone’s family, we will NOT respond to any comments, emails or messages from individuals offering to adopt this dog before the deadline shown above. I am not the one putting these dogs to sleep. THE KENNELS ARE NOT TO BLAME, they are full. Blame the people who allow their dogs to stray and then never collect them - throwing them away like rubbish. Blame the breeders still pumping out puppies, when there are so many dogs dying. But don’t blame us! And please don’t blame us for doing our very best for both dogs and families by ONLY placing fully assessed dogs into private homes.
