Jobs are stressful. So is unemployment. Not finding a partner is stressful. So is having one. Working in an office is stressful. So is working with your hands. Having 50 clients is stressful. So is having none. Life is full of trade-offs. Don’t romanticise options you don’t know.
I sincerely hope the airline addresses these service failures to prevent other passengers from facing similar issues. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend @SalamAir to fellow travelers
As a frequent traveler, I have encountered various levels of customer service, but my recent experience with @SalamAir was by far the most disappointing. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of cooperation from the staff was unacceptable.
To avoid any issues, I checked in 12 hours before my flight and purchased extra baggage in USD. However, upon reaching the counter, the system showed no update regarding my purchase. Despite providing all necessary details and proof of payment, the staff refused to accommodate me
This experience caused significant inconvenience and embarrassment. I expected better service and professionalism, but unfortunately, SalamAir fell far short of even basic customer care.
Leaving Pak and living in a developed country will make you realise that there’s so much to life than fighting with relatives over property, gossiping and labelling people kafir for fun
