In the first video, a Muslim teacher was slapped by a BJP leader, Mandula Balu, in Telangana for teaching Urdu to students in front of the police.

In the second video, cops apprehend Mandula Balu and arrest him.

Good job, Congress.

And this is how the law should work. But it is still incomplete.

Remember the policemen in the first video who simply stood there like cowards. Suspend them for neglect of duty.

So it sends a message to police officers that it is their duty to uphold the law.
