@LenovoSupport Yes sir tried that !! The only change was we got new phones and we transferred the apps from our old phones. That is it !! Again the App is gone from USA App Store .. this is something you your server that is causing this. It has happened in the past.

@LenovoSupport Did that but no luck !! Btw this App is no longer available in USA region for reinstall. We had this issue 1 year ago, please consult your engineering department. They had pushed an update or something in the past. The product is unusable and looks really bad !!
