@Iberia There's an ocean of difference between what we are experiencing and what "help" @Iberia is providing. Do you feel that this is resolved with a refund? Where's the responsibility for putting a family through this? Where is the accountability why this was allowed to happen?
@Iberia Refund should done real time, and you should be compensating customers for the terrible experience you put them through. It's unreasonable to take people's money, sell a service then not refund them the moment you cannot deliver.
