@British_Airways I’ve been waiting for an avios refund for over 2 months after being charged 3 times for fights and told I would receive the refund and still haven’t. Can’t get through to anyone in customer service, can some please help.

@British_Airways still unable to connect to anyone at your customer service centre after 3 days of trying! Can someone advise on the above please. Appreciate your busy but this is unacceptable.
