Extremely disappointed in the customer service at @Orbitz@ExpediaGroup@VoeGOLoficial@Avianca It's been 1 wk since my brother tested + for COVID & was unable to fly home. We still haven't been able to rebook his flight & @OrbitzCareTeam keeps redirecting us to the airlines
while the airlines explain that you need to work through their Agency Support Systems. But it's now the 5th time @Orbitz says we need to go back to the airlines. Meanwhile, 0 guidance continues to be provided. This entire experience is making me rethink using your services again.
