I dont know whether this would be a logical solution to solve $LUNA ecosystem problem ; but I am proposing it

S1: Disable all the UST deposits & withdrawals ; in that case UST will stay in the system
S2 : Enable LUNA withdrawals only : So that only can be moved

S3: Create a dynamic mechanism wherein burning $LUNA will give more than 1 UST : if the price right now of UST is .4 cents then burning 1$ worth of LUNA will give you 1.6$ of UST
By this LUNA prices will start to appreciate bcoz of clear arbitrage benefit

Last in First Out (LIFO) mechanism can be established
and the convergence of UST to 1 can start to happen on blockchains
At the same time LFG can also start increasing burning fees so that treasury can be refilled.

As soon as convergence finishes and when governance feel strong that they can withhold any resistance then the whole mechanism should be restarted.

But this would be needing coordinated efforts of exchanges ; DEX'es and in order to stop this bleed and investors losing billions

@terra_money & @stablekwon need to create a more dynamic mechanism which I tried to give a rough idea so that whenever they are larger deviations you need to put in dynamic taxations and dynamic incentives so that peg is always maintained
