I am a student of Chandigarh University. Last month when the EST exam was going on we didn't get a single warning but now new lists are coming and someone got UMC in few showings Absent

Going through a lot of mental trauma with this UMC thing.
Without getting a single warning during the exam how could they directly file UMC to us.
