ANDA( water mill): Anda means Mill in Memba dialect. #Dechenthang Village of Mechukha Division. The mill is operated with water and the water mill is used for grinding millet, maize, wheat and barley etc. @incredibleindia @ArunachalTsm @lonelyplanet_in
