Drying volume pullback and the stock is now trying to move off the lower end of the base.

This is where I like to begin. not with Normal size, but with an Initial position . The first one is about testing.

If the market proves me right, then I’ll press harder. You build a 30-40% position after Initial gives you a cushion, not before.

Stops were hit today.But the fact that stops were hit does not mean the stock is bad. It only means that this particular trade idea failed.

The name still sits on my watchlist, and if it shows its true colors again, then I will be right back in there.

One of the most important things that trading has ever taught me is: Do not marry a position.If you are wrong, take your loss at the first sign, and move on.Then have the nerve to get back into the stock with the same setup.
