Extremely frustrated by steady decline in app/delivery services of @amazonIN.
Currently,no one can tell me when my order will arrive.
Orders are misplaced/delayed/left at security & inability to reach delivery agent/cust care makes resolution impossible.

@amazonIN @ajassy Above escalation to senior management @ajassy & @AmitAgarwal has been done after chat wit AmazonHelp(refer pic.) as well as customer care.
I had to use pay on delivery to get doorstep delivery-if this continues, will be forced to look out for better options like bb ,flipkart etc
