@timesofindia It was the 12th floor not 14th. All thanks to the endless construction work going on that floor with no precautionary measures. All of us have to evacuate the building and find places to stay elsewhere.

Shameless customer service by @myntra . They have been resolving a case for 2 months and yet the customer care have the audacity to cut the call while the customer is speaking. Every myntra manager is busy since past two month and yet they call themselves a big fashion brand.
