Counter-examples are exceptional; occuring slightly more freq. in society bcos there are multiple hierarchies of influence (politics, religion, finance, culture etc) vs a biz org.

But largely, people adapt to culture, they don't change it.

Edtech takes itself too seriously. I have seen kids laugh in school (offline and online) - but not with any edtech product so far.

TIL - FB has "memorialized accounts" for dead people - with tributes etc. These have 30M MAU (& growing).

In the end state, FB will literally become a graveyard.
