@Popit4TreAgain@BradeauxNBA@RedNationBlogga In the 2024 - 2025 season, the Rockets were 11-11 without FVV. Without the KD trade, the Rockets would have probably been looking at a 50% win pct vs the 63% win pct they garnered with KD
@BiasedHouston I don't think huge moves are necessary. We haven't seen this roster operate at full capacity. Having FVV back could make the offense look extremely different. With him on the floor, if they run thru Segun you could have 3 shooters spread out on the perimeter w/Amen in the dunker.
@rennypalumbo@SaintPablo_____@Stunna999_ The Rockets were eliminated from the playoffs because they had trouble scoring and your solution is to trade away the team's top scorer???
@aopaderf@SunsAreBetter It wasn't the KD trade that squashed that possibility. It was the Beal trade. Rumor had it that Kyrie was interested in joining the Suns once he became a free agent. The Suns didn't wait they made the decision to trade for Beal instead .
@BradeauxNBA Lol...5.0125 ok
Technically as a stand alone number sure, 5.0125 is over 5 but as a basketball statistic it is 5.0 especially since over 5 in this instance is a little disingenuous when he only attempted over 5 threes in 29 of those 80 games.
@BradeauxNBA True...but I only used that in an effort to narrow the field. I then proceeded to look at the single seasons of the top 5. I see your answer was not in that group but your answer also did not average over 5 attempts per game...emphasis on the over.
@EMatinjanin@DPGSpurs@BiasedHouston If you follow KD I think you will find, he pretty much engages on topics about the game of basketball. This topic has nothing to do with basketball. It's all gossip and what masquerades as "reporting" in this era.
@EMatinjanin@DPGSpurs@BiasedHouston There you go with the "we all know" routine. You haven't even represented that you even know what the alleged messages were but you are quick to buy in on the narrative.
@DPGSpurs@EMatinjanin@BiasedHouston I saw 95% of Rocket games this year. I didn't see anything out of the ordinary.
I heard the HC & the GM say the team found the "reporting" u are referencing to be comical & observed that none of it came from the reporters who are at the practices or inside their locker room
@Stunna999_ The GM and HC spoke directly to this in their press conference.
HC: Inside the locker room they laughed at the narrative being reported
GM: Found it strange that none of that reporting came from the journalists who are actually around the team.
Reporters in the room: Laughter
@DPGSpurs@EMatinjanin@BiasedHouston And where is the evidence there was tension between the players? Did you witness a change on the court amongst the players? Or is it another case of "we all know"?
